President

Mr. Hastings is a third-generation builder who began his career in the family business managing/building high-end homes throughout the Bay Area. Tom has since owned his own successful construction businesses which have led him to his role as Founder and President of BCS, Inc. The construction arm of BCS focuses on the multi-family and commercial industries and has contracted throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento Metropolitan areas. The experience of ownership and construction site management have provided him with an extensive knowledge of design, construction, and teamwork. Tom brings current construction issues, reconstruction experience, and a firm handle on the current market. His knowledge of construction defect analysis and code compliance provides a strong foundation in his approach to the cases he consults on.
