It all started when…

The Principal of the company, Tom Hastings, took a group of people and created what is now known as BCS, Inc. Tom is a third-generation builder from the Bay Area who knows the ins and outs of the construction industry. His vision was to provide a stable work environment in a volatile market, while gaining a reputation for providing construction which exceeds expectations. Through the use of management tools, selection of the right people for the job, and a tenacious attitude; Tom’s vision has become reality.

BCS, Inc has become a company that provides solutions for any issues it’s clients present. In addition, BCS provides services on the consulting side utilizing its wide range of construction knowledge. Through the various cases BCS has seen, as well as the problems resolved for various clients, BCS has a unique set of skills within the construction industry. The greatest attribute to a client is knowing what can go wrong, so as to avoid that issue going forward.
